FNS40821 (Release 2) Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking

FNS40821 (Release 2) Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking was released for study in 2022.  It is the minimum qualification for those seeking a role in the lending industry.  Once you have completed your Certificate IV, you may wish to upgrade to the FNS50322 Diploma qualification.

Gap Training Module for Certificate IV to Diploma Upgrade

If you are upgrading from a Certificate IV to a Diploma qualification, and your Certificate IV qualification does not have the code FNS40820 or FNS40821, then you will need to complete this Gap Training Module.  This is a requirement following government updates to the Financial Services Training Package.

FNS50322 Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management – Upgrade course

This FNS50322 Upgrade Diploma course is the latest release. Students undertaking this Upgrade Diploma course must have already achieved or be underway with achieving their Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
